How are you?
Last night Ernie and myself had our weekly heart talk. We talked about how in spite of the world changing with the speed of light, we are finding comfort and starting to adjust to a new way of being. We are noticing that our bodies are no longer in a state of shock and stress (thanks God for tapping) and are able to go about our days almost in a matter of business as usual.
He shared that, that he feels like he can be vigilant and smart with his choices without feeling stressed or fearful.

What came up a lot in my community lately, are the feelings of guilt and blame. Maybe, you are feeling this too. For me it showed up as: feeling guilty that things are overall going well, compared to many who are struggling.
Maybe you are feeling that part of you have subconsciously manifested this pandemic. Especially, if deep inside you were too afraid to start dating or you wanted to avoid that in person event, or avoid a trip you were dreading. Whatever comes up for you today, I want to invite you to tap with me, so that we can clear it out.
On the other hand, if feelings of blame are showing up, those are good to release too. Remember guilt and shame are essentially the two sides of the same coin. Maybe you are blaming your government, your boss, your partner or even God. Let’s tap on this together.
